Labelling for secondary packaging

There are various techniques for this: Wipe-on, Air blow and Tamp blow. Normally these labelling appliances are equipped with a thermal transfer printer.

The EME 3000 series Wipe-on is equipped with an integrated Sato LT408 thermal transfer printer

  • Very simple to program/use
  • Compact structure
  • Max. label width 115, left or right
  • Including a Sato LT408 200 dpi print engine for both thermal transfer and thermo direct printing
  • Which may be combined with a pneumatic system to apply corner labels to boxes. 

The Label-Aire 3138 NV tamp blow (print & apply)

  • Used for labelling products, boxes and pallets
  • Max. label width 162 mm
  • Left and right-hand version available
  • Maximum speed 18 m/min. depending on printer and label dimensions
  • Equipped with a Sato or Valentin printer
  • Pneumatic cylinder with 25 to 250 mm adjustable stroke as standard
  • DAT (Dual Action Tamp) option for labelling of two adjacent sides
  • 90 ° rotating option for labelling the front/rear

  • Maximum label measurements (w x l) are 125 x 228 or 175 x 125 mm
