The Matthews 8000 series print head is very solid and reliable. Years of development and experience in the most polluted industries (metal, wood, paper etc.) has resulted in a unique technology ready to meet your wishes.

With these print heads texts, logos and barcodes can all be printed.

8000 series print heads come in 7, 16 and 32 dot versions. There is also a mini, midi or maxi version.

There is a wide choice of inks in various colours: water, ethanol, MEK, N-propanol, ethyl acetate, acetone, etc.

Pigmented inks are also often used.

With the Slant function, print heights between 5 and 128 mm can be set with one print head (7 to 32 dots).

The 8000 series 16 and 32 dot print heads are equipped with a unique three-way valve system that makes it possible to rinse the print heads rapidly with solvent after a long shut-down.

There are various controllers for different applications:
